OPERATIONAL FLIGHT INFORMATION
It is mandatory to use the operational flights booked by Hermes cruise company. A penalty of USD 50 will apply for using other flights. Flight rates and schedules are subject to change at any time.
Important Information Regarding Independent Flight Bookings
Please note that if you book your flight to the Galapagos on your own, the following conditions will apply:
- Early Arrival: If your flight arrives at the islands earlier than our scheduled operational flight, you will be required to wait at the Galapagos airport until the arrival of the rest of the group on your cruise.
- Late Arrival: If your flight arrives later than our scheduled operational flight, additional transport costs may be applicable to reach the yacht.
- Return Flights: The same conditions will apply for your return flight to Quito or Guayaquil.
- Missed Excursions: By booking your own flights, you cannot claim reimbursement or compensation for any missed excursions resulting from flight times that do not align with our itinerary.
